I bought my Wrangler before Urban bought Foothill Ranch Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep.It was a good dealership then, but I wish I had never dealt with Urban.
Whoever took over took that dealership dragged it down the tubes. I think they may be out of business. They haven't answered their phone in days, and their website stopped working. Anyhow, I took my Jeep in for service because it was making a funny noise and they LOST IT for about 5 hours.
I was told to come back to get it at 11am and they couldn't find it 'til 4pm. When they did find it they hadn't done any work on it. They said not to worry, just bring it back in a couple weeks and they would fix it. A few days later the car lost almost all of it's power (catylitic converter problem).
It barely limped back to the dealership. Urban said they would fix it (it was on warranty) and they loaned me a Cherokee. Two days later they said the part would take an additional three days, so they wanted the Cherokee back and they would rent me a car. They sent me to a rental place and a car was rented to me in their name for 3 days.
I put a credit card on file with the rental company as one is required to do. This was all back in January. Two days ago I got a letter in the mail from the rental car company saying they have been unable to get Urban to make good on the bill, so they plan to charge my credit card. I have called Urban 2 dozen times and let the phone ring for 20 rings but no operator answers.
I have tried leaving messages at random extensions, but I am yet to receive a call back. No wonder the Chrysler Corporation is tanking.
I can't believe they don't monitor the dealers that represent them any better than this.
